Mandy Hurley, PACE Marketing and Enrollment Consultant, Capstone Performance Systems

Mandy HurleyFormerly with AEC Consulting, Mandy Hurley has provided objective advice and assistance related to the PACE marketing and enrollment processes to more than 20 PACE programs on both project and retainer-bases. Mandy works with PACE organizations at all stages of growth.

Prior to Hurley’s consulting career, she led and developed marketing and enrollment initiatives for the third PACE program in North Carolina. Under Hurley’s supervision, the PACE program quickly became the largest and fastest growing in the state of North Carolina, with growth at three times the national net average. Hurley brings over 14 years of marketing experience to Capstone, with much of her experience being working in and with PACE programs. Hurley graduated cum laude from North Carolina State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business and a minor in Spanish.

Specific expertise: PACE development consulting – training and development, PACE operational consulting – new and established programs, ongoing marketing and enrollment consulting support, strategic marketing plan development, PACE-specific sales training, IDT training and coordination related to marketing and enrollment, market demographic analysis and feasibility studies for organizations looking to start PACE programs or for existing PACE programs looking to expand.

Rebecca Lewis, PharmD, MBA, Area Vice President, Tabula Rasa HealthCare

Rebecca LewisDr. Lewis joined the Tabula Rasa HealthCare (TRHC) team in 2017 and works with PACE organizations, at-risk providers, payers, and pharmacies to introduce the company’s extensive suite of medication risk mitigation solutions and services.

Prior to joining TRHC, Dr. Lewis served as Executive Director for a Hospice and Palliative Care organization and was responsible for the clinical, financial, and operational success of the program. She came to serve as a leader in the provider side of hospice after more than ten years of working in multiple leadership roles at excelleRx, the first and largest hospice-focused pharmaceutical care company in the US. Additionally, Dr. Lewis worked with a company to develop a national, at-risk DME program strategy. She has also been part of a company that develops patient assistance, loyalty, and education programs for pharmaceutical and biotech entities.

Dr. Lewis started her career as a Registered Pharmacist. She earned a Doctor of Pharmacy and has extensive training in Pain Management and Palliative Care. Dr. Lewis also has an MBA in Healthcare Business and has presented at state and national conferences.
